These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crew One website, waitlist, and related services (together, the "Service"). Crew One is a trading name of Bastien Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("Crew One", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Crew One is building a fractional team of AI crews with shared institutional memory. The Service is currently offered on an early-access and waitlist basis and is under active development. Features, availability, and pricing may change, and parts of the Service may be provided in beta or preview form.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice where reasonable to do so.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.
To join the waitlist or access early features, you may need to provide certain information. You agree that this information is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Crew One name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. We do not use private company data to train shared Crew One models. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products and services (for example, the tools you choose to connect). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting a third-party service authorises us to access it on your behalf within the scope you grant, which you can revoke at any time.
Early-access, beta, and preview features are provided for evaluation, may be incomplete or change, and may be less reliable than generally available features. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Outputs of AI features may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or acting on them. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew One will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability, or £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crew One and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
